About

Researcher by practice. Designer by formation.

My background in communication, editorial design and academic research shapes how I examine language, structure information and communicate complexity without flattening it.

I am most useful when the problem is still messy.

I have more than six years of experience conducting product research for complex digital contexts across fintech, payments, media and marketplaces, working with both B2C and B2B products.

My foundation is qualitative. I integrate surveys, stated-preference research, behavioral data and UX metrics when the decision calls for them. I work end to end, from framing and study design through fieldwork, analysis, synthesis, communication and follow-through.

I also build the infrastructure around research: repositories, taxonomies, reusable standards, evidence traceability and AI-enabled workflows for synthesis, documentation and knowledge retrieval.
